Qualifications & Requirements:

? BA/BS degree, ideally 2-3 years of relevant business experience

? Solid knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and related language and communication

skills

? Must have basic knowledge of computers, experience using personal computers, web browsing

and data entry skills

? Dependable, reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision

? Logical thinking and independent decision making skills.

? Attention to detail together with creative problem-solving and analysis skills

? Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude

? Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills

? Effective time management skills

? Experience working and training in a cross-cultural environment with remote teams

? Eager to continually improve skills, and open to ongoing training including one-on-one training

and direct feedback from senior employees

? Flexibility in switching between duties and assignments as required.

? Detail orientated with experience working with high volume repetitive task

? Follows company policies and procedures.

? Proven fluency in one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese,

Dutch, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, English and other

languages that may be required (depending on role)

? Local Regional knowledge strongly preferred

? Flexibility to undertake international travel if required

? Fluent English with good writing and reading comprehension
