Danish Visual Data Specialist -Dublin

Job Summary:
The Visual Data Specialist will work with internally developed computer applications to visually review
images and complete specific feature tasks. This is a hands on role that may also include undertaking
quality control, supporting training and development of new team members and facilitating knowledge
transfer. This person would be an individual contributor to the project but may, over time, take on
project management responsibilities for a sub team.
Responsibilities may include any or all of the following:
Review, update and quality control visual data - up to 100% of job
Use bespoke software applications to capture data with exceptional quality and
accuracy
Work with Engineers to develop and roll out new or improved project stages:
Formulate policies and quality control processes
Develop, document and deliver training and process updates
Create efficient user interfaces by providing feedback to engineers
Quality control new stages as they are rolled out to global team, provide constructive
feedback
Improve team performance:
Manually move work product through pipeline to completion
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the software interface of the tool
Optimize existing processes and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes
Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction and help drive programs to improve
individual and team performance
Potential side projects e.g. analyze metrics, recommend operational flow improvements based
upon analyses etc.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Third level education with 2 years prior work experience preferred
Strong computer data entry and processing skills
Ideally proven strong performer with demonstrated technical expertise within
applications
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Creative problem solving and analysis skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication
Logical thinking and independent decision making skills
Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solutions oriented attitude
Experience working with and training in a cross cultural environment with remote teams
Ability to work on a computer for extended amount of time and stay focused on
repetitive tasks
Local/Regional knowledge is strongly preferred
Proven language skills in one of the following languages: Danish
Flexibility to undertake international travel if required
Fluent English with good writing and reading comprehension skills
