Legal & Compliance Manager

Company
A Leading Financial Services Organization specializing in Insurance who are based in Dublin City, are currently seeking to recruit a Legal & Compliance Manager on a permanent basis.

Opportunity
This is an interesting role covering compliance responsibilities such as Risk Assessment, Internal Audit and maintenance of Procedures. The role also has a large Legal focus and you will provide legal advice to the board and senior management as well as provision of Company Secretarial support. The role reports directly into the CEO and you will be required to oversee a compliance administrator.

Experience
Ideally you will have 5 years plus experience in a similar environment.
Candidates must have a either a General OR Life insurance background.
ACOI qualified
A legal qualification is also desirable (ideally a qualified solicitor).
