Customer Service Administrator with Fluent French & German

Company: Our client is a leading Internitional Financial Services Organisation located in Dublin

Opportunity: As part of the Customer Service and Administration Dept, you will have the opportunity to:

• Handle some incoming telephone inquiries and requests from clients, Insurance Brokers and internal Sales staff.
  
• Excellent balance of Client Services and Administration.
  
• Processing a variety of financial and non-financial requests during the life cycle of a policy.

• High spec office, systems and equipment.

Experience:

• 
  

  Previous banking, life insurance, pensions, investments experience would be ideal



• 
  

  Experience within a customer service experience with corporate environment is essential.

  Fluent French & German Speaker
