full time Customer Service - Bulgaria

Our client is a leading IT company who are offering the right candidate an excellent opportunity to excel in a multi national, market leading IT corporation.



The successfully candidate will be the first point of contact for customers with technical problems or requiring replacement parts. The successful candidate will identify the customer's needs and deliver first level technical diagnosis and issue spare parts where necessary. This role will mainly involve communication by telephone however, the CSR will also have to respond to written requests by email, internet and sometimes fax.



Responsibilities:




  • Deal with telephone calls promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Validate customer service entitlements.

  • Provide support for Hardware and Software telephone support to meet set targets consistently.

  • Assume responsibility and ownership for relevant customer queries.

  • Escalate calls that can not be resolved locally, where appropriate.

  • Obtain accurate customer details and amend call-handling system when applicable.

  • Positively manage internal relationships.

  • Contribute positively towards achieving team targets.

  • Use and improve Knowledge Bases through feedback.

  • Ensure through team work that all Service Level Agreements are met consistently.
