Responsibilities will include:

Data analysis, project work, supporting training of other team members, reviewing information and quality analysis, monitor customer satisfaction and process feedback, analyse metrics and recommend improvements

Successful candidates will have:

- an Honours university degree

- fluency in one of the required languages

- PC literate with excellent attention to detail

- Problem solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills

- 2 years work experience in a customer focused or data analysis role

- Excellent analytical skills
