full time Online German/Spanish Customer Service

My Client is an excellent gaming company based in Dublin 2. They have won multiple awards for their games and have also had a game inducted into the Hall of Fame.

The role:


The Customer Support Team is focused on providing exceptional customer service, technical and game-play support to customers for its ever increasing product base. The successful candidate will deal with inquiries from the Global Customer base in the languages English, German, Spanish, French and Italian. This company is a flexible and dynamic working environment so an enthusiastic individual is required. This is a fixed-term position until the end of December 2010, with the possibility of a full time role.


Required Skills/Personal Requirements:


- 2+ years customer/technical support experience in a technical support call center or environment
- Fluent English plus German and/or Spanish as mother tongue and an additional language
- Knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of other game devices
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Involvement and/or Community Management in an online forum or community is a distinct advantage, though not a full requirement

Salary depending on experience
