The succesful candidate will have:
- 1 years experience within a customer service environment in a customer service role.
- 1 years experience of a computerised order entry or customer service system.
- Good command of English language
- Experience of working with an English speaking client/customer group advantageous
- Native Danish Speaker
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
The role:
Provide optimal customer service by efficiently processing internal and external queries, orders and other services as necessary - both verbally and written
