5 or more years of managing a team within the life and pensions industry
Excellent understanding of software testing methods
Understanding of Life & pensions products
Understanding of product development
Understanding of QA principles and lifecycles
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to lead by example
Knowledge of SQL preferred
