Job description, information about the position

Responsible for Coordinating User Acceptance Test (UAT) effort for SBLIW, COBALT and SWORD. Candidate must have prior testing experience with strong knowledge of testing processes and procedures. Strong project manager skill for managing multiple releases and leading the testing effort. Must be a self starter, focused on quality and delivery. Capable of collaborating with client and peers relating to testing effort. Candidate must be willing to adjust schedule to work with staff throughout the world. Candidate must develop and work according to UAT project plans. Candidate is responsible for UAT schedule, quality and appropriate business controls for the individual projects. Candidate must have the ability to manage and motivate team members. Candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks and/or projects concurrently and easily adapt to new assignments, systems, tools. Candidate must be able to lead testing effort for complex small projects, medium size projects and/or significant segments of a large project using clear, concise, accurate written communication, clearly conveying thoughts and ideas. Candidate must be able to work with business owner & program manager to understand business requirements and establish clear UAT test cases. In addition, candidate must ensure UAT Testing processes are audit/ASCA ready and that business controls are integrated into plan and executions.
