Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure Customer needs are met and managed at all times.
• Define scope of project, goals and deliverables.
• Effective planning, monitoring and management throughout project lifecycle to include, business analysis, development, documentation, quality assurance.
• Provide support and direction to all members of project team.
• Maintain healthy communication channels internally and externally.
• Effectively communicate project developments to team.
• Maintain thorough liaison between company and client.
• Identify potential conflicts or issues and proactively manage project changes.
• Ensure project is driven at all times.
• Preparation and delivery of project management reports for senior management.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Proven extensive project management record.
• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies.
• Life and Pension background essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage change and prioritise accordingly
