Job description, information about the position

General Service Centre Representative (GSCR) is responsible for taking high volume inbound calls in a Service Centre environment as a first point of contact for all customers covering every query type.

GSCR

- answers all calls within the prescribed WW standards

- handles calls with tact and courtesy, according to the Service Centre quality and productivity standards

- determines callers identity, reason for call and the category

- forwards complex calls /queries to the appropriate knowledgeable source

- takes messages and drives through to completion

- assumes additional responsibilities when required

- performs various value-add activities (marketing support, drive to web, e-mail acquisition)

- accurately provides best possible service

- excels in customer satisfaction and effort to ensure that the customers receive the right answer

- draw any customer dissatisfaction to the attention of the company

- adheres to corporate policy

€16,000-16,800
