Sales Rep?s - UK Market

Sales Rep's are required for a leading technology company based in Dublin 15.
Currently we are recruiting for Sales representatives located in West Dublin. These roles will use the infrastructure in place to sell offerings to the customer base in your country, using the web and the phone. The products sold will typically fall into the Hardware, Software or Services category within the technology/IT sector, and on larger sales opportunities may in fact involve a number of these in the same engagement to meet the customer's needs.
What the role entails:
- Plan and execute an effective relationship strategy and maintain effective long-term business relationships with key decision makers and influencers;
- Plan and facilitate negotiations achieving lasting agreements and commitments;
- Explain the product's benefits to the customers and overcome their objections;
- Identify, prioritize opportunities and manage a pipeline of opportunities by focusing on e-business;
- Develop solution strategies by engaging in consultative solution selling, involving business partners and influencers as appropriate;
- Establish and maintain relationships with other parts of the organisation;
- Develop effective plans to help manage opportunity identification, lead progression and won revenue via Marketing Campaigns, Events and Web Activities.
- Commit to and deliver results according to monthly targets/forecasts.
Required
- Ideally qualified to Degree level in Business/Management, but sufficient experience will suffice for the position.
- At least 12 months experience in Sales Experience ideally within the IT Sector
- Excellent Communication skills
- English: Fluent
- A second European language is desirable but not essential as there are roles selling to the Irish and UK markets.
