Our company is a service oriented company - today over 50% of its revenue comes from services provided to its clients. One of the services offered is outsourcing and transformation of accounting activities. 

GFA is providing world-class support in a complete range of fixed assets services to customers currently in 70 countries world wide - spread from US, Latin America, Europe, Asia, Australia to Japan. There is a responsibility for Global Fixed asset system & Property Control tools (including SAP Fixed asset System and e-Tools). The center operates in a very dynamic and multicultural environment and offers various career plans, that are available for all financial specialists.

Financial Specialist for US GAAP in our department produces financial statement in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US-GAAP). He/she is working daily with SAP AP0 - legacy platform for fixed assets. He/she assures true accounting and summarization of our  business transaction and events. Furthermore he/she provides information used by management of a business entity for decision making.

This job role may include some or all of the following activities:
- Operational transactions in SAP such as: Capitalization of our  equipment, Depreciation control, Transfers, updates and all Retirements of HW and SW
- Communication to customers
- Perform monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliations in accordance with Corporate, US and local statutory and tax accounting requirements
- Financial controls, analyzes and interpreting financial data related to fixed assets accounting processes, such as providing audit reports, samples for SOX testing, inputs for upgrades of SAP system
- Monthly measurements preparation and reporting to local and corporate management

This role is ideal for university graduates as well as to all individuals interested to build up their financial background and accounting/analytical skills. Further job positions building up on accounting are: business controls, property controls, planning, controlling, judgmental accounting, accounting integrations, SAP system administration and maintenance and accounting management.
