Trainee Accountant

Main Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
Daily & Monthly Gross Margin Analysis
Daily reconciliation of Cash
Preparation of Creditor payments
Posting of creditor invoices and payments
Allocating payments against invoices
Assisting in the monthly reporting and analysis of expenses & other income
Preparation of weekly wages
Dealing with both internal and external auditors
Requirements
You will have a high level of initiative, along with the ability to prioritise workload and ideally you possess the following:
Relevant qualification in business
At least 6 months' prior work experience in a financial capacity
An aptitude for hard-work
Numeric skills -a strong aptitude for reviewing, assessing and coherently presenting financial information
Experience of working with accounting software
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Windows
Abiltiy to work under pressure within a team environment
Ability to meet deadlines and targets
Self motivated individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment
Excellent organisational, analytical and time management skills
