Product Manager - Nutrition - Dublin


Role Function -

• The Product Manager will drive the development and implementation of the Oral Nutrition marketing strategy to drive HCP (Healthcare Professionals) recommendation / use of the products.
• Product Manager will develop and implement the annual strategic marketing plan for the Oral Nutrition product range.
• He/she will manage a range of Oral Nutrition products for use / prescription by HCP's to achieve sales growth and market share targets.
• Product Manager will develop promotional campaigns and all associated support materials for the Sales Team business objectives which are fully aligned to the brand strategy for the Oral Nutrition Brands.
• Track, report and analyse sales and market share data to identify threats or opportunities to the business, and develop strategies to respond appropriately


Essential Requirements -

• A Marketing/Business Degree is essential.
• An additional qualification or background in Nutrition/Science / Healthcare would be advantageous but is not essential.
• 5 - 6 year's experience in the Pharmacuetical, Medical Devices or FMCG business marketing field
• At least 2 year's experience in a product management role at a leading company with a thorough knowledge of product management/marketing practices
• Additionally, 1-2 year's experience in a field sales role is desirable
• Involvement in developing comprehensive and complex marketing/product reports, which measure profitability by product, channel, category, retailer etc.
• Highly developed presentation and communications skills are essential.
• Strong report writing skills, data analysis skills and computer literacy.
• Knowledge and experience of the local Irish market
• An understanding of the healthcare/ pharmaceutical market and in particular Healthcare Professionals and key opinion formers, is desirable but not essential for this role


Must have Irish/UK experience and be living in Dublin


Although this is a predominantly office based role in South Dublin, there is also
European travel involved, so flexibility and commitment is a must
