My client is currently seeking an experienced payroll administrator for a maternity leave contract



The Role:
• Processing of weekly payroll up to 700 employees
• Maintenance of the payroll system
• Generating computerised payroll reports
• Dealing with payroll queries
• Carrying out a range of associated clerical duties within the payroll department
• Managing social welfare claims



The Person:
• Minimum 2 years experience administering payroll systems in a medium to large sized organisation
• Experience of Payroll System -Sage Micropay.
• Strong understanding of the Irish Tax systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel & Payroll System
• Must show capability to work under a pressurised environment with strict deadlines
• IPASS Qualification would be desirable but not mandatory
• Ability to work as part of a team, possessing good communication and problem solving skills
• Must be highly organised and have the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
