General Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide customer service support
Customer Entitlement and Termination
Customer and product data maintenance
Maintain and use customer service support ticketing system
Coordinate between multiple teams
Research issues and inquires and recommends corrective actions to resolve customer and client issues
Evaluates compiled data and identifies trends and improvement suggestions
Develops and shares best practices between the team
Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies
Shares acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Solid organizational skills and analytical abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skill
Familiarity, working knowledge with Microsoft related programs and services
Ability to design and prepare complex report
Qualitative and quantitative analytical skill
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times, make decisions and work with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks
