General Duties and Responsibilities:






  • Provide customer service support





  • Customer Entitlement and Termination





  • Customer and product data maintenance





  • Maintain and use customer service support ticketing system





  • Coordinate between multiple teams





  • Research issues and inquires and recommends corrective actions to resolve customer and client issues





  • Evaluates compiled data and identifies trends and improvement suggestions





  • Develops and shares best practices between the team





  • Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies





  • Shares acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels





  • Other duties as assigned






Knowledge, Skills and Abilities






  • Solid organizational skills and analytical abilities





  • Excellent written and oral communication skill





  • Familiarity, working knowledge with Microsoft related programs and services





  • Ability to design and prepare complex report





  • Qualitative and quantitative analytical skill





  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times, make decisions and work with minimal supervision





  • Excellent interpersonal skills





  • Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks
