German Customer Service - Paris
An experienced German Customer Service Advisor is required for a leading company in Paris.
You will need to have experience in a call center environment ,have knowledge of the internet and new technologies. A knowledge of high tech products would be a plus.
The Role:
Dealing with emails received from customers.
Manage the clients litigations (reclamations, complaints, etc.)
Update administrative files
Provide an after-sales services in relation to orders etc.
Fluent German is a must , intermediate French and English would be an advantage.
