Our client's staffing team is responsible for developing strategies to hire exceptionally talented people. This includes providing clients and candidates with enticing and compelling experiences during the recruiting and hiring process. We're focused on building a scalable operation while working closely with management to develop creative, innovative solutions that support the company's growth.
The role: Technical Recruiter (Temporary)
This is a temporary contract for a duration of nine months working as an in- house IT Recruiter our client.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be an essential part of a technical recruitment team, focusing on full life-cycle recruitment of candidates for varied IT and Engineering positions for our client's Operations across EMEA. You will identify and manage the application process for candidates with technical and leadership expertise primarily in areas relating to systems, networks, and software engineering.
Please note only candidates with EU work authorisation will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates and managing their expectations throughout the process.
- Work with client groups and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, manage pipelines, and deliver on hiring targets.
- Work with colleagues on projects to improve hiring processes.
- Identify and screen candidates based on job requirements.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. Master's/PhD a plus.
- Extensive IT recruitment experience (permanent and contract) with global focus. In-house recruitment experience preferred.
- Extensive experience in identifying and sourcing candidates using varied methods/tools.
- Demonstrate technical understanding of key technologies around systems, networks, and software engineering.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing deadlines and priorities.
- Fluency in English ideally with another European language.
