freelance Customer Service - Dutch Speaking

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Key Duties/Responsibilities:


In the customer service, you will be in charge of :



  • Controling the emails treated externally

  • Manage the clients litigations (reclamations, complaints, etc.)

  • Manage the administrative files' follow-up
Assure the after-sales services in relation with the orders: reimbursement, sending back.

Qualifications:
A'Level to Bachelor degree

Experience:
You have a first experience in a call center. You have knowledge of internet and new technologies. A knowledge of high tech products will be a plus


Languages:

Dutch: fluent

French or English: intermediate
