Accounts Payable Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervision of Accounts Payable team ( both onsite and offsite)
• Review current AP processes - develop and recommend improvement
• Establish and maintain an escalation process
• Review and taking appropriate action on pending AP Invoice/Credit Notes
• Coordinating with Procurement team and clear discrepancies
• Responsibility for supplier statement reconciliation and query resolution.
• Accounts Payable lead in SAP implementation project
• The Accounts Payable Team Lead will take responsibility for the operational performance of the AP department.

• The Accounts Payable Team Lead will take responsibility for the operational performance of the AP department.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum of 5 years AP experience preferably within a pharmaceutical background.
• An Accounting qualification such as IATI.
• A good working knowledge of Excel.
• The ability to think analytically about the information being prepared.
• The ability to work on their own initiative and within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Experience of Sun (or a similar financial package) would be advantageous.
• SAP working experience will be considered an advantage.
• You are a problem solver and you have excellent communication and social skills. Previous experience as Team Leader, Supervisor is mandatory to be considered for the role.
Experience in a wholesale/manufacturing environment is essential !
