Location: HP EMEA Global Solution Center, Dublin, Ireland
Status: Full time, Permanent

The Global Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. Technical team focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.



The NER Global Solution Center is responsible for the delivery of these remote services towards our Customers in the NER Region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland) across standard and extended warranty, and contract business segments.




Duties
Providing remote technical support to HP customers, onsite engineers and partners.
Identifying and resolving issues affecting customer's units using basic troubleshooting techniques
Being customer oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, quality conscious and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution.
Engaging team members for support as required to ensure internal or external business and end users/clients Service Level Agreement demands are met.



Qualifications
Fluent in at least one of the following languages is essential: Danish, Dutch, French/Flemish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish. Fluent verbal and written English.
Practical experience of storage systems, Local Area Network technologies
Practical knowledge of Enterprise Virtual Array (EVA), SAN Environment (Storage Attached Networks) and at least 2 of the following technologies Modular Storage Arrays (MSA), Clustering, XP Disk Arrays
Relevant industry certifications desired but not required
Ability to document, manage and follow up technical escalations
Excellent customer focus.
Excellent communication skills
