Senior Buyer Turbo MRO

Goals:
Purchase of production spare parts, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operating Supplies),
purchase goods and services at the best possible conditions.
Description of work
• Cooperation with maintenance department in order to buy spare parts for production line;
• Buying spare parts for PLC, CNC, Production line machines producing turbochargers for cars;
• Exploring the domestic and foreign suppliers of spare parts regarding market (alternative) suppliers;
• Visits by suppliers, conduct supplier audits in cooperation with the Engineering and Quality departments and to advise management and / or parent regarding supplier selection;
• Complete and correct specification of applications mostly in close cooperation with Engineering, Quality and Production;
• Preparation of tender applications;
• Receive, review and sort of tenders in relation to quality, price and delivery;
• Negotiate within established attorney, quality, price, delivery time and delivery conditions;
• Preparation of (framework) contracts for delivery suppliers;
• Shutdown (framework) contracts and the provision of the related administrative work;
• Transfer of (framework) contracts with the Department of Planning and in case of problems (not timely deliveries, claims, products not in accordance with drawing, etc.) assist in the handling / solving them;
• CRM.
Requirements:
• Working with a PC, Word, Excel, Outlook, Databases, etc.
• Experience with production line, maintenance
• Experience as a buyer for PLC, CNC and Production line machines
• Independency
• English language on very good level
• German language advantage
Explanation:
The Senior Buyer Turbo MRO receives orders and purchase requests from management, but also directly from the Engineering, Maintenance and Sales departments.
Structural work on different projects simultaneously, paying particular prototype pathways very dynamic.
Imagine all the correspondence in the direction of suppliers, but in the technical specification of applications rely on the Department of Engineering and / or quality that are also involved in audits and supplier selection.
Performs independent negotiations given attorney and then based on a standard (framework) contracts.
All activities are supervised by leading principle.
