This is a leading global Company with modern offices and good transport links. Based in south Dublin this company provides high level of service to all its customers around the world.

This is a varied position and will involve client contact with its business customers. The position will also involve investigating and resolving administrative issues with client accounts. Dealing with complaints and offering alternatives to customers.

Experience:

1 year high level of customer service experience

2.Phone experience desirable

3. Fluent in all three languages.

4. French/ English/ Dutch Speaking

5. Account management

Salary / Remuneration: €24K and outstanding benefits package.
