Customer Service/Order Fulfillment Representative
An experienced Customer Service/Order Fulfillment Representative is required for an immediate start in the Clare area.
The Role:
Customer Service - Respond to all internal and external phone calls, faxes, emails, and letters from dealers, reps, distributors and consumers. Process all internal and external orders. Provide POD's, proforma invoices and tracking info when requested. Proactively provide backlog updates to customers.
Report Generation: weekly / monthly sales reports
Calculation of rebates and commissions
Liaising with warehouse to prioritise shipments.
set up and maintain customer master files
Set up and maintain price files
Warranty Claims - Process warranty claims for consumers and dealers.
An experienced Customer Service/Order Fulfillment Representative is required for an immediate start in the Clare area.
The Role:
Requirements:
· At least three years of customer service experience.
· Ability to proactively and creatively solve problems.
· Strong understanding of Order fulfillment & Customer service.
· Ability to speak and write fluent English.
· Ability to be flexible and work effectively in a hectic and demanding environment.
