Regional Service Delivery Manager - D18

Excellent role for a regional service delivery manager based in Dublin 18, this is a permanent position with a Global IT company!
Experience Leader required to take overall responsibility for a line of business unit, including: cost, budget, client relationship, statement of work, internal account reviews, people and processes.
The role will involve:
- Ownership for the delivery of service to client per statement of work, unit costs and budgets.
- Managing large workforce with diverse activities
- Business ownership in invoicing, expense management, salary amendaments, bonus etc
- Responsible for internal reporting on unit
- Managing service delivery leads to achieve unit results
- Coaching, developing and managing team members
- Initiating and promoting continuous improvement across unit
- Allocating resources and responsibilites across the team to deliver business results and develop team members
- Develop opportunities to expand service/support to clients
The Candidate:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, business or other related field or equivalent training
- Extensive experience of leading and managing large teams in operations environment (minimum of 6 years team management experience).
- Ability to work in a process-driven high demand transaction handling environment, managing a variable seasonal workload
- Service focused with ability to meet targets on a continuing basis
- Experience in a client-facing environment
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven ability to communicate across all level of an organization effectively
- Proven customer care experience
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous activities across different business streams.
- Proven focus on Continuous improvement
