My client, a globally operating media company with approx 96000 employees in more than 50 countries worldwide,require an experienced leader You will be contributing at a strategic level and supporting in a practical way to maintain and develop key client relationships for your unit both locally and on a global scale.
You will have previous experience in leading and managing large operations team in a client facing environment.
The role:
Ownership for the delivery of service to client
Managing large workforce with diverse activities
Responsibility for meeting the KPIs (SLAs and quality)
Business ownership on invoicing, expense management, salary amendments, bonus etc
Responsible for internal reporting on unit
Managing service delivery leads to achieve unit results
Coaching, developing and managing team members
Driving succession planning within unit
Initiating and promoting continuous improvement across unit
Allocating resources and responsibilities across the team to deliver business results and develop team members
Develop opportunities to expand service / support to client
You will have:
Bachelors degree in computer science, business or other related field or equivalent training
Extensive experience of leading and managing large teams in operations environment
Ability to work in a process-driven high demand transaction handling environment, managing a variable seasonal workload
Service focused with ability to meet targets on a continuing basis
Experience in a client-facing environment
Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
Change Management experience
