Life & Pensions Business Analyst Team Leader

Growing Life & Pensions company based in Dublin city centre has a newly created opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to take on a Team Leading role over an expanding group of BA's. This thriving financial services corporation is undertaking a significant period of change and growth in Dublin.

The role requires someone with strong experience with Life & Pensions Processes and Products, to have worked on large-scale projects and completed large scale requirement gathering; managing multiple stake holders with different opinions (and finding a consensus), organising and running workshops. Have developed a business process to define the business requirements

Role / opportunity:

• Hands-on BA role as well as leading a growing team of Business Analysts


• Creating robust Business Processes


• Helping to define business operating model


• Leading the analysis of change programs


• Heavily focused on the initialisation stage; requirement definition, requirement gathering, analysis of requirements.


• Defining work needed to be done and steps to be taken, then undertaking those steps and guiding less experienced BA's.


• Working with European wide interest groups

Skills / experience:

• 8+ years Business Analysis


• 2+ years team leadership experience


• Strong background in Life & Pensions


• Proactive self starter


• Ability to work through legal, compliance, process flow and product requirements


• Communication will be key (with PM's, Business Architects, SME's et al)
