Opportunity: This is a well established and leading financial services company. Reporting to Senior Management level this role involves:

· Provide guidance and control to all outsourced legal counsel for the effective management of all legal cases to maximisation of recovery dollars
· Complete and manage a programme of credit designated equipment asset audits & partner process audits in accordance with credit file conditions to ensure asset collateral is maintained in accordance within policy.
· Identify and designate all problem loans/bankrupt exposures for charge off and completes a full credit post mortem for each exposure in accordance policy
· Provides assistance and advice to the collections team and where agreed takes on responsibility for direct negotiation with large administrative delinquency customers with a view to bringing the account current in the shortest timeframe possible.
· Meet with Administrators / Liquidators / Receivers for large insolvent customers with a view to securing full asset recovery/continued rental payment or exposure settlement as appropriate

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a corporate lending or commercial asset-based finance collections and recoveries.
- Knowledgeable of and familiarity with insolvency laws and the rights of lessors / lenders.

Salary / Remuneration: 35 - 50K
