An exciting opportunity within a large Multi National based in Dublin urgently seeks Software Technical Support Agents to join the team on a Permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant organization with progression.
Our Client provides remote technical support to their customers, onsite engineers and partners:
The successful applicant will have 2-3 years experience using the following:
· Microsoft Operating Systems (MCP/MCSE certifications preferable but not essential)
· VMware
· HP-UX, or Unix
· Linux

Assertive,
Quality conscious and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution.
Fluency in at least one of the following languages is essential: Danish, Dutch, French/Flemish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish.
Fluent verbal and written English.
