Our Client a leading supplier of plastic products to world class customers in the healthcare, medical devices and industrial sectors.
Essential
Previous experience as Production/Manufacturing Manager in a plastics moulding company ideally custom moulding for the medical device sector
Education to degree level or equivalent preferably in an Engineering discipline. Excellent problem solving, leadership and people management skills
Commercial awareness
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will lead teams which includes Production, Engineering and Warehouse to ensure that customer expectations in terms of quality, cost and delivery are met or exceeded.
Sets and ensures adherence to high standards of equipment and tool maintenance.
