Hewlett Packard in Clonskeagh are currently recruiting for Software Technical Support Agents to support Flemish/French users.

The HP Global Solution Centre provides remote tecnical support to HP, onsite engineers and partners.

Must have experience in one or more of the following:

- Microsoft operating systems(MCP/MCSE certifications preferable but not essential)
- VMware
- HP-UX, or UNIX
- Linux

Responsibilities:

- answer customer enquiries and deliver appropriate technical solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported
- Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices
- Advanced proficiency with case management databases and tools
- Superior customer service skills
- Phone and remote support experience. E-support experience
