We are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cork. This is a great opportunity for someone who is target driven, ambitious and likes a challenge!

Main duties involved in this role

- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Business Development - cold calling & warm calling new and existing customers
- Screening cvs and interviewing candidates
- Managing temporary candidates, meeting with clients on a regular basis
- Weekly Payroll & timesheet management
- Providing professional customer service to all customers
- General Administration

- Previous experience in recruitment, sales or customer service is necessary
- Must be target driven & sales focused
- Confident, Good communication & Organisational skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative and be self motivated
- Efficient & have excellent customer service skills
- Show previous experience in building relationships with customers.

- fluent English with an excellent telephone manner.
