Aseptic Validation Engineer-Limerick
Our client a major healthcare product manufacturer requires an Aseptic Validation Engineer
with experience of working within an aseptic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
• Review and approve Validation documents .
• Develop validation documentation
• Coordination, implementation and participation in validation program for product, process, equipment, utilities, facilities and methods.
• Provide input into all project phases i.e. from design through to the commissioning and qualification execution phases of the project.
Required
• Candidates for the role should have the following:-
• A 3rd Level Qualification in science or engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Healthcare QA function. Preferably from the healthcare industry.
Essential
• A Minimum of 1 years experience in an aseptic processing manufacturing facility.
• A proven track record in the qualification of any of the following:-
-Production Equipment
-HVAC ,Clean Utilities
-CIP/SIP System
-Process Simulated Media Fills.
