Customer Service Rep - Norweigan, Paris

As part of our customer service team, you will be in charge of :
- Managing incoming customer emails
- Managing customer issues, complaints, reimbursements etc.
- General Admin
- Liase with our aftersales team in relation to returns, refunds etc.
Experience:
You have a first experience in a call center. You have knowledge of internet and new technologies. A knowledge of high tech products will be a plus.
Languages:
Norwegian: fluent
French or English: intermediate
