full time Customer Service Rep - Norweigan, Paris

by Dublin West Branch in Mainland Europe

As part of our customer service team, you will be in charge of :



  • Managing incoming customer emails

  • Managing customer issues, complaints, reimbursements etc.

  • General Admin

  • Liase with our aftersales team in relation to returns, refunds etc.

Experience:
You have a first experience in a call center. You have knowledge of internet and new technologies. A knowledge of high tech products will be a plus.

Languages:
Norwegian: fluent
French or English: intermediate
