• University level education or equivalent in logistics, material planning
  
• 8 years experience in operations, plus 3 to 5 years in logistics managerial/senior position
  
• Work experience in international, multinational environment with manufacturing profile
  
• Knowledge and experience in world class level supply chain management methods and tools (lean, 5S, Kanban, JIT, consignment stock, etc.)
  
• Experience and detailed knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
  
• Strategic in thinking, with attention to detail
  
• Service minded, customer focused and team player with strong leadership skills, problem solver, a can do approach.
