My client, a fantastic company with offices in Dublin city centre is currently seeking a Swedish speaker with fluent English for an excellent Administration role, this role will also involve dealing with business customers


Ideal candidates will have:


• Financial Services experience an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to deal professionally with clients
• Strong organisational and administration skills
• Team player with the ability to work on own initiative and pay attention to detail


Duties will include:


• Efficient processing of new applications
• Provision of a high level of customer service
• Client relationship management
• Ensuring service level agreements are adhered to across existing and new business queries
• Working with colleagues to ensure that consistency and team performance targets are achieved
