Consulting and Project Team Lead

My Client is a leader in financial management solutions and has established itself as a key outsourcing partner for well-known multi-national companies on a worldwide basis. They are headquatered in Dublin and are part of a large Multi-National with over 100,000 employees.
They are currently looking to hire a Consulting and Project Team Lead to join their Project Delivery Team. You will be managing and leading these teams and working with the wider Project Delivery Organisation. This role will require self motivation and drive, along with strong people management, leadership and Client relationship skills.
The Ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 5 Project Management and People Management experience
- Experience managing international projects across multi locations
- Customer focused with a proven ability to establish creative solutions to meet client requirements
- Ecommerce and international payments experience a distinct advantage
Duties include:
- Managing and leading these teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects
- Development of teams through training, coaching, mentoring and up-skilling
- Strong Financial Management skills to manage the cost model for all projects
- Supporting professional Programme and Project Management Practise and ensuring adherence to best practice process
