Job Description:
Direct support to the clients complains and critical situations.
Acknowledge ownership to client
Understand the contact and background of the clients problem / request
Negotiate the companies commitments with the client
Develop actions plans to drive and resolve
Identify and engage appropriate resources.
Recognize major obstacle and escalate if needed
Keep compliant management tool updated.


Requirements:
Strong communications skills
Business Networking experience
Excellent co - ordination, leadership and organizational skills
English - Fluent
Swedish - Native.
Degree / diploma in business management.
