This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the worlds largest Networking sites!

The role involes supporting users in the Dutch markets and maintaing good levels of customer satisfaction
This is a well know Social Networking site who have recently set up their European Headquarters in Dublin.

• Respond to user Queries regarding a variety of site issues
  
• Enforce terms of use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
  
• Analyse user interaction on the with the product and communicate to others within the department and company
  
• Identify inefficienices in work flow and suggest solutions
  
• Communicate effectively with other teams
  
• Help grow the Uper Operations team in Dublin

Suitable applicants will have:

• Fluency in English and Dutch
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• College Degree preferable
  
• Strong attention to detail
