Insurance Web Site Manager - French

This is a new position with a rapidly expanding Life & Pensions company based in Dublin City Centre for a native French speaking Web Site Channel Manager. You will have a strong business background of financial sales or customer services or a product development background within the insurance/ life & pensions industry and be technically/web savvy.

Taking responsibility for the French web site you will manage the development and delivery of the web content for French financial sales professionals, policy owners and prospects.

The route to market or sales channel is through French banks and an understanding of the steps a financial advisor goes through when signing up a prospect client is important.

Role / opportunity:

• Responsible for the web site and web tools for the French market


• Influencing and managing development of web site content and functionality


• Working with partners (sales channel) to increase site usage


• Manage the delivery of customised solutions to support the channel partner's sales objectives


• Working closely with the sales channels in French banks


• Position the site as an extension of the sales process / service process


• Training financial advisors on the use of the site


• Dublin based role with some travel to France

Skills / experience:

• 5+ years Insurance or Life & Pensions experience


• Background of financial sales or customer services or product development


• Must have native level French and fluent English


• Web experience as a web site manager or similar would be a benefit
