Technical Architect

Great opportunity for an experienced Technical Architect to grow into an Enterprise Architect role as part of a 4 person Enterprise Architecture team following a TOGAF approach in design an entirely new architecture for an emerging global financial services business sitting within a major corporation who are basing their technology centre in Dublin.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a genuinely exciting company and have the rare opportunity of being able to architect an IT capability from the ground up. You will take on the Application Architecture/Software Architecture role within the team covering Information Architecture, Technical Architecture (infrastructure) and Business Architecture.

You will be working with external vendors/suppliers to build the solutions you design on a project by project basis in line with the enterprise architecture philosophy.

Experience of integrating systems is needed in this role which will offer the opportunity to grow and develop professionally.

Skills / Experience:

• 4+ years as a Technical Architect / Systems Architect / Solution Architect / Software Architect


• 8+ years commercial experience


• Experience of building scalable robust web based solutions


• Experience working with a Management Consultancy or Systems Integrator is of interest


• Java Oracle bias in technical stream
