Sales Support Representative - Tipperary
An experienced Sales Support Rep is required for a leading company in the Tipperary area.The overiding function of the sourcing department is Sales Support and the development of more sales by providing help and information for the Sales Managers and improving liaison between our Customers and our Suppliers.
The Role:
Speedy response to customer's enquiries
Current Time' completion of Enquiry Form
Compilation and maintenance of Enquiry Lo
Reconciliation of Customer's quality needs (specification reconciliation and creation)
Requesting with discernment best offers from prospective suppliers
Provision of import duty information
Calculation of quotation proposal for discussion with Sales Manager
Quoting Customers (when appropriate)
Ensuring conformance to ISO procedures
Interaction and information provision for Logistics department
Completion of Customer Questionnaires
Updating of Supply Agreement Contracts Database
Handling Complaints in tandem with Logistics where required
Sample handling
ISO Inspection
