                                      Customer Service Rep - Italian/Spanish



The Role:

The role of the Customer Service Representative is to manage and co-ordinate the final mile distribution to the end customer on behalf of our clients key customer. The main area of responsibility is to own the process from order notification through to and including the proof of delivery (POD) phase. The Customer Service Representative will communicate and detail delivery status to the end customer along with ensuring our clients web tool is updated accordingly.
The role covers the following areas, delivery management, business judgement, communication and pro-activity on behalf of the end customer. To be successful in this position you will demonstrate strengths in all these areas coupled with high levels of motivation, organisation and determination.



Requriements:

An appropriate professional qualification is desirable
Fluency in both written and spoken Italian and Spanish.
Experience in Logistics and Distribution is a pre-requisite
Customer management skills - tactful, resolute, committed to providing excellent customer service
Communication skills - an excellent level of communication skills is required
Good IT knowledge is an advantage
Good decision making skills
Ability to see opportunity, risk and challenges
Ability to close out issues or escalate internally
Ability to share key knowledge gained with all stakeholders.
