                                                 Customer Operations Specialist

Experienced Customer Operations Specialists with fluent German are required for an immediate start in the Shannon area.This is a permanant role with an immediate start.

The Role:
· Order processing, both Hardware and Software
· Proactive Order management
· Dealing with customer queries and problems
· Liaison with sales representatives
· Checking delivery dates and liaising with logistic service providers
· Product enquiries from customer and resolution of same through all departments
· Credit/Rebate entitlement and verification
· Any other ad hoc duties required to maintain the daily operation of the company.

Requirements:
· 3 years Customer Service experience
· Fluency in German desirable. A second language would also be an advantage
· Excellent organisational skills and effective prioritisation skills
· Customer focused and team player
· Ability to work on own initiative with strong drive and determination to achieve goals
· Solid computer skills with a knowledge of SAP and Excel preferred
· Sound understanding of Supply Chain (Purchasing. Inventory, logistics)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
