My client, one of the world’s leading Internet and technology organisations requires Swedish, Arabic and Dutch speakers for fantastic Advertising support roles – excellent English and some customer service experience are required

You will be responsible for providing support for all advertising products, sales support, user problem resolution and analysis of reports
Responsibilities:
To provide support for all online sales advertising products
Review and monitoring of the products purchased by advertisers
To identify any trends in order to enhance the support process and help improve team efficiency
To solve user and business customer queries relating to website usage, reports and advertisements
Requirements:
A University degree or some third level education
Fluency in English and Swedish, Arabic or Dutch
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Strong computer application skills and a passion for the internet
