Our client is seeking Swedish speaking analysts to join our Customer Operations team which is dedicated to supporting and expanding our Online Sales advertisers. Team members will be responsible for demonstrating the value of our advertising solutions and providing pre and post sales support for all ad products. This position is full time and located in our Dublin office.

ANNUAL SALARY €33,050

Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post sales support for all Online Sales ad products


• Help team to achieve revenue goals and advertiser acquisition targets


• Gather customer feedback to enhance ad products and customer experience


• Monitor and review ad products purchased


• Identify trends to enhance the support process and improve team efficiency


• Help grow the Customer Operations team in Dublin and the team's international focus

Requirements

• Fluency in written and conversational Swedish and English


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution preferred


• Critical thinker


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task


• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment a plus


• Valid EU work authorization
