Danish speakers needed for excellent roles in IBM, relocation package offered!

We are currently recruiting Danish or Finnish Technical Support Representatives to work in IBM's European Centre in Dublin 15 (Blanchardstown), Ireland.

 

· It is important to have good computer knowledge and you will get training about the IBM products.

You will be answering calls from IBM's clients, solving their queries and troublshooting their technical issues to find quick solutions

· There are several teams; some are more customer service orientated while others are more technical. You will be placed according your technical knowledge.

· The position requires good PC skills, customer service skills, phone manners, and the ability to work team.

What do you need?

Must have a Technical Background or an interest in IT

Fluent Danish

A Good Level of English

Commitment & Motivation

Someone who wants to start a career in Dublin with the world's leader IT employer

This role is an 11 month contract. We also will accept CV's from people still currently living abroad and would like to relocate to Dublin.
