                                                      Logistics Analyst - Shannon

An experienced Logistics Analyst is required for a leading IT company in the Shannon area.


The Role:



  • Manage order flow logistics in multiple systems

  • Work internally and externally with clients and distributors to identify and resolve problems

  • Support customer service thru researching and fixing order flow issues

  • Understand and manage the reverse logistics process

  • Understand and trouble shoot billing issues

  • manage projects

  • Evaluate business processes, identify problems, and recommend improvements

  • Set up or verify SKU's in GC and GT system.

  • Troubleshoot orders in GT and GC to allow fulfillment.

  • Maintain pricing on fulfiller system

  • Place PO's and maintains product availability on fulfiller system.

  • Manage RMA and Reverse Logistics process.

  • Manage unfulfilled and backorders with client and fullfiller.

Requirements:



  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills

  • General understanding of ecommerce and 2 tier distribution

  • Ability to apply problem solving skills to generate scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions to complex problems

  • Manage changing priorities

  • 4 year degree or equivalent business experience

  • 2+ years eCommerce, 2 tier distribution, customer service or logistics experience
